Freelance Creative Producer / Project Manager

My agency client is looking for an experienced Freelance Creative Producer / Project Manager to join their team. The agency creates a variety of experiential and pop-up events, working mainly with clients within the lifestyle and food & drink industries - this will include liquor brands.

They are ideally looking for someone who has worked within the experiential industry and understands how it operates. This is because most of my client's turnaround times are 2-3 weeks; from initial briefing through to the delivery of the actual event, therefore having previous experience will help you hit the ground running. 

During your time with the agency, you'll also be working closely with the creative team to help deliver the creative vision, often ideating and concepting, as well as offering creative solutions to stay within budget and help source items. However, your main focus as the Creative Producer / Project Manager will be liaising with the clients, managing workflow for multiple projects, overseeing logistics, operations, booking venues and vendors, as well as organizing fabrication. 

My client is looking for someone based on the East Coast and is happy for you to be fully remote. However, there might be the odd event that requires you to be onsite.
