Job description
I am working with a leading software company who have a 12-month and 12-18-month contract for a Principal and Service Design Manager based in the US on a remote basis.
You will be joining a team of 12 Service Design specialists to bring new products to market.
This role requires someone who has worked on large complex user-led ecosystems, can drive blue-sky thinking with a macro lens, and work at pace to research, map, prototype, test and gather feedback.
Roles will start in October and are paying a competitive hourly rate.
