Senior Producer / Project Director

My event agency client is looking for a Senior Producer / Project Director to join their team to take the lead on managing the full lifecycle of their events. 

You will be responsible for the overall management, supervision and success of key projects, usually with multi-million-dollar budgets. 

You will be tasked with creating the timelines and budgets, as well as ensuring all projects are executed on time and to budget while meeting, if not exceeding, your end client’s expectations. 

You will be the client’s main point of contact within the agency so will need to be a proficient communicator both written and verbally. You’ll also be the glue between all the departments, discussing action points from the client and encouraging the team. 

You will work closely with the creative team to ensure the creative ideas meet expectations. This agency also produces lots of 3D and videos, so previous experience of working with 3D and video deliverables will stand you in good stead.  

Additional responsibilities will include the supervision and professional development of a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. 

This agency is based in Manhattan and operates a hybrid working pattern. There will also be travel for events, which will be US-wide.
